We typically look to invest in the following opportunities:
- Loans for Income producing properties with redevelopment potential
- Second mortgages for industrial, commercial and retail properties
- Second mortgages on multi unit residential properties
- Short term bridge lending and special situation facilities
Investment criteria are as follows:
- Income producing properties with stable cash flow
- Loan to value of 60% - 85%
- Defined exit strategy
- Up to five year terms
- Loans from $500,000 to $15,000,000
- Properties located in Canada and the United States
