Investment criteria are as follows:

• Entitled land
• Income producing properties with stable cash flow
• Income producing properties with defined added value component
• Loan to value ratio up to 85%
• Term of up to 5 years
• Loan from $2,500,000 to $25,000,000
• Properties located in Canada and the United States
